My Dad, Daniel and Uncle Greg went to the Texans vs Colts game on 9/11. It started out somber with a moment of silence simulcast with all the other 12:00 football games. Robert DeNiro led the memorium with a speech, then taps played, then each stadium had a huge 100 yard American flag unveiled with FDNY and NYPD around.... "We will never forget"....
Then the game started....WITHOUT Peyton Manning. You could see the team was minus its leader because they were awful! The Texans were on fire though. They all made great plays and the crowd was loud and really into it. Texans are great fans anyway, but we sure love to see an Indianapolis beat down!
I think the Texans are goin into the post season this year :]
